Michele Bettini graduated from the University of Lausanne (BLaw) and the Universities of Lausanne and Zürich (MLaw, Corporate and Commercial Law). Michele passed the Bar in 2019 (Ticino) and joined FLD in 2020 after the completion of his LL.M. with focus on International Business Law at the Queen Mary University of London. Prior to joining FLD, Michele accomplished his traineeship in a boutique law firm in Lugano.
Michele is a member of the Ordre des Avocats Vaudois (OAV), the Jeune Barreau Vaudois and the Associazione Giuristi Praticanti in Ticino. In addition, Michele has been admitted as an Associate within the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and he is a passionate member of the Swiss LegalTech Association.
Michele’s practice focuses on domestic and international litigation, corporate and commercial law as well as technology law cases.
